Overview（概述）
Thissurgicalprocedureisperformedtoremoveportionsoftheanklethatarediseasedorseverelyinjuredandtoimplantadevicethatwillhelpmanagepainandrestoremobilitytotheankle.
这种外科手术是为了去除患病或严重受伤的部分踝关节，并植入一种有助于控制疼痛和恢复踝关节活动的装置。
STARImplant（STAR假体）
TheSTARmobile-bearingimplantisacementlessimplantmadeofthreeparts:ametaltalus STAR活动轴承式假体是非骨水泥型假体，由三部分组成：金属距骨组件，金属胫骨组件和一种称为活动式轴承的聚乙烯衬垫，与它们相匹配。活动式轴承允许假体各组件平稳移动并相互滑动。
Preparation（准备）
Inpreparationfortheprocedure,thepatientispositionedandanesthetized.Thesurgeoncreatesanincisioninthefrontoftheankletoaccessthejoint.
准备手术时，将病人摆妥体位并麻醉。外科医生在踝关节前方作切口以进入关节。
ReshapingtheBones（骨塑形）
Thesurgeoncarefullyreshapestheendofthetibiaandthetopofthetalustoprovideastablesurfacefortheimplant.SpecialcuttingguidesareusedduringthispartoftheproceduretoensuretheexactfitoftheSTARdevice.
外科医生小心地对胫骨末端和距骨的顶部进行塑形，为植入物提供稳定的表面。在这一段手术过程中，使用特殊的切割导板，以确保STAR假体的精确匹配。
InsertingtheImplant（安装假体）
Thesurgeoninsertsthetalar 外科医生在跟骨上安装距骨组件，然后紧贴准备好的胫骨远端安装胫骨组件。当这些组件安装完毕，外科医生选择适当大小的移动轴承组件并将其置于胫骨组件和距骨组件之间以构成关节。外科医生进行一系列的动作范围测试，以确保植入物位置良好而且功能正常。
EndofProcedureandAftercare（手术结束及术后护理）
Whentheprocedureis 手术完成后，用缝合线或外科皮钉关闭切口，包扎踝关节并用夹板固定。手术后可能需要住院1~3天。手术后几天去除夹板，允许脚踝运动进行治疗练习。6周内患足不能完全负重。手术后1年内可能需要保护踝关节。
Followup（随访）
Onceananklehasbeensuccessfullyreplaced,thepatientwilllikelyhavetofollowupwiththesurgeononanoccasionalbasistomonitortheimplant.Thepolyethelene-basedmobilebearingcanwearoutovertimeandmayneedtobereplacedtoensuretheSTARcontinuestofunctionproperlyformanyyears.
成功进行踝关节置换后，患者应定期访问外科医生以观察假体。聚乙烯做成的活动性轴承可能会随着时间的推移而磨损，可能需要更换，以确保STAR持续多年的正常运行。
