Winograd手术治疗嵌甲
Overview（概述）
Thisprocedureisusedtoremovetheproblemportionofaningrowntoenailandtopreventtheingrowntoenailfromrecurring.Thisprocedureisperformedunderlocalanesthetic,andtakesonlyafewminutestoperform.
这个手术是用来治疗脚趾嵌甲症的病变部分，并防止嵌甲复发。手术在局部麻醉下进行，仅需要几分钟即可完成。
Preparation（准备）
Inpreparationfortheprocedure,thetoeiswashedandaconstrictingbandisplacedaroundthetoetoreducebloodflow.Thesurgeonadministersinjectionsoflocalanesthetictonumbthetoe.
准备手术时，对脚趾进行清洁消毒，并在脚趾周围扎上弹力带以减少血流量。外科医生注射局部麻醉剂对脚趾进行麻醉。
CorrectingtheIngrownToenail（矫正嵌甲）
Thesurgeoncreatesanincisionthatsplitstheingrownedgeofthetoenailfromtherestofthenailandcontinuesdownthroughthetissuebeneaththenailtothesurfaceofthebone.Thesurgeonthencreatesasecondincisiondownthroughtheoverlappingtissueontheouteredgeofthenail.Thiswedgeofnailandtissueiscarefullyfreedandremovedfromthetoe,permanentlyeliminatingtheingrownedgeofthenailandresultinginaslightlythinnertoenail.
外科医生作一个切口，将向内生长趾甲的边缘从其余趾甲上劈下，并经过趾甲下方的组织直达骨头表面。然后，外科医生通过指甲外缘的重叠组织做第二个切口向下切开。将这部分甲缘和组织小心地从脚趾游离并切除，永久性地去除趾甲向内生长的边缘，使趾甲略微变窄。
EndofProcedureandAftercare（手术结束和术后护理）
Whentheprocedureis 手术完成后，外科医生用缝线或皮肤闭合器关闭手术切口。去除弹力带，脚趾用绷带包裹。经过四周的愈合，病人将能够正常穿鞋。
